Wake: Leeches

Wake plays grindcore/death metal and is a good reason I never really cared for this genre. While a band like Gadget (and hey, later Nasum) succeeds in incorporating a little groove into their music, Wake just moves forward in a quite anonymous fashion. Too many bands lack identity and Wake’s doing nothing to step away from that. There’s no reason you won’t like this if this style is what you get a boner to, but for me – my cock stays unmoved.

4/10: The album cover is kinda cool though.

After going thru that crap, you most likely wanna read something way more interesting. You do, admit it.
